We keep it simple! We charge by the area, which is a room (up to 300 square feet, anything above this would count as another room), one set of stairs, hallway, foyer, etc....

Carpet

Open areas (going around furniture where it is)                                                ................$25 per room/area

Moving Furniture (we move it out one space, clean and place it back where it was) ...............$40 per room/area

Empty areas (no furniture in room)                                                      ...............$30 per room/area

Hallways (standard 10 - 15' long)                                                    ...............$25 per hallway

Stairs (per flight & standard 12 - 15 steps)                                     ...............$25 per flight

**Special note, we only clean the carpet and upholstery. We do NOT detail the car!

********$60 minimum requirement per job, this includes the work done, not above and beyond.  Put simply, for example, if you only have 2 rooms to be cleaned, it is $60, but if you have 3, it's $75 and so forth!
